HOW CAN WE HELP?
The pilot program is our way to make sure Joyn hits every one of your needs and pain points. For a limited time we will be offering a concierge service where we hold bi-weekly meetings diving into your business needs and building custom software to address it.
Joyn is planning to make a V1 launch by April 2023. We're releasing new features every 2 weeks and plan on keeping that velocity even after our V1 has been launched.
We are a customer first company so your feature requests are our command. Once we identify a new need or program we build out software that addresses your unique needs.
Onboarding is super easy. We'll set up your sports facility, activities, pricing, schedule and train your entire time via a group webinar. As for your customers, we can do a CSV upload that will make accounts for everyone with their existing memberships and bundles as well as send an email to your customers to set a password.
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with Joyn at the time of launch we will refund you no questions asked.
We offer yearly, 2-year and 3-year plans all with their specific cost savings and benefits.
