These are pretty similar to your regular activities and lessons, just now offered online. They happen at a regularly scheduled time and your instructor is on a call LIVE with your clients. Alternatively you can go with the on demand or pre-recorded option. This route means pre recording your classes with the instructor and posting them online exclusively available to members. - Clients can build a sense of community that motivates them to join their fitness buddies weekly and increases class retention
- Low overhead cost (many of out clients host these on zoom or google meets which have free versions)

- Can be chaotic at times and more difficult to control (i.e. someone might be unmuted or there may be more distractions)
- Less flexible with client schedules (which asides from the pandemic is a big reason people take classes online)

- Its pre-recorded! So clients have the flexibility to go back & rewatch what they need work on, and you only have to publish the recording once
